How payouts are calculated

Each month, part of Pro subscription net revenue goes into a payout pool and is shared by each Bot's share of valid adds. Pro's value is review, continuous updates and management tools, not the instruction text itself, so payouts follow how much users keep using a Bot.

30%
Goes into the payout pool

30% of Pro subscription net revenue (after payment fees).

Monthly
Settled once

Last month's data is tallied each month, with a breakdown for you to check.

$30
Minimum payout

Payouts are made only once you reach $30; any shortfall rolls over to the next month.

Example calculation (for illustration only)

Say one month's payout pool is $1,000 and your Bot has 5% of all valid adds on the site; your payout for the month is $1,000 × 5% = $50。

What counts as a "valid add"
  • A paying member adds the Bot to Grok Bot for the first time.
  • One member adding the same Bot counts only once in 30 days.
  • A member saves the Bot to a collection.
  • Newly listed Bots get 1.5× weight for the first 60 days to help them get started.
What does not count toward payouts
  • Bots that copy or rename other people's work.
  • Adds made by you or linked accounts.
  • Bots that failed review or have been removed.
  • Free Bots (entries compiled from public sources and community sharing).
  • Adding someone else's Bot and re-sharing it under your own name. Confirmed cases are removed and lose their payout.
